Choice Communications is a telecommunications company which was founded in 1984 and has been serving our local community for more than 25 years. It has grown to be a thriving interconnect company providing sales, service and leasing for Business Communication and CCTV needs in south central Pennsylvania.

Choice Communications provides a variety of services and equipment. We carry a complete line of Vertical and IPECS business communication systems including the new Vertical MBX and SBX Systems, as well as the Vertical Wave System and the LG-Ericsson IPECS System which are totally IP-based phone systems that can be utilized for small business applications as well as systems in excess of 600 stations. The systems have the capability of networking phone systems together from multiple locations using IP Technology and offer features designed for the future such as: wireless desktop handsets and headsets, CTI (computer/telephone integration), VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), ACD/Call Center, call accounting and unified messaging. Vertical and IPECS are leading manufacturers of both digital and IP communications systems that offer advanced technological design.

These systems also include On-Board Voice Mail/Auto-Attendant and VoIP connectivity, remote IP Endpoint phones, transfers to cell phones, as well as the standard telephone features to streamline your call flow. The sale of each phone system comes with a 
3-year warranty and full hands-on training for your entire staff.

In addition to the sale and service of telephone systems, we sell and install overhead paging systems and peripherals for your phone system such as Music on Hold devices, Fax Devices, Wireless Phones and Headsets. We also specialize in designing and installing Cat 5e and Cat 6 networks and certify all the networks we install. We install and certify indoor and outdoor fiber optic cabling.

Due to the rise of security concerns Choice Communications also sells and installs CCTV Surveillance Systems (Closed Circuit Television) from small fixed cameras to large multi-camera pan-tilt zoom applications. Both indoor and outdoor security issues can be addressed, as well as multiple site locations and remote monitoring which can be accessed via your cell phone. We also install door access management systems for your building security and time/ attendance management.

Choice Communications is also a member of the NextGen Group, a national organization of a select group of telecom system integrators, providing IP-based solutions and applications. We have also added two new venues to our customer service - we can now become your total turnkey solution provider for dial tone, long distance, internet and business-to-business wireless cell phones. In addition, we have joined with PC Works to offer you PC-Managed services. So, with one call, we can now help you manage all your communications needs - from phone lines, to internet, to phone systems and managed network solutions, whether digital or all IP to CCTV cameras and door access systems for your security needs.
